these terms govern your use of JotMood ("the app"), operated by MB Djump, registered at Šilutės pl. 35G-36, LT-94105 Klaipėda, Lithuania. by using the app, you agree to these terms.

JotMood is a journaling tool. it is not a medical device, therapy service, or diagnostic platform. if you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
1. use of the app
you may use JotMood for lawful purposes only. you agree not to:
- use the app as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical treatment.
- attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality.
- abuse the AI service with excessive or automated requests.
- share your account credentials or use someone else's account.
2. accounts
you may sign in with email/password, Google, or Apple. you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. you can delete your account at any time from the app's settings; deletion is immediate and irreversible.
3. free and premium plans
- free — daily mood logging, gratitude entry, basic 7-day history, mood calendar.
- premium ($3.99/month or $39.90/year) — unlimited entries, AI weekly and monthly insights, full analytics, search, and data export.
- premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
- refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
4. intellectual property
JotMood and its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by MB Djump. your journal entries, mood data, and gratitude text belong to you; we do not claim ownership of your content.
5. disclaimer of warranties
the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated insights are produced by machine learning models and may not always be accurate or appropriate. they are for self-reflection only and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
6. limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Djump shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including damages arising from reliance on AI-generated insights.
7. privacy
your use of the app is also governed by our privacy policy, which details how we handle your journal data.
8. changes to terms
we may update these terms from time to time. continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
9. governing law
these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
